Commissions, depending on what you hire me for, take up to a month at most. If you're looking to see how long it will take for a specific piece, visit my Commission page at the top.If I still have not finished the commission by the time I set, I will give a partial or full refund, depending on how much I finished at the time.All customers will receive an HD image file of the original artwork. Image files will be hosted on Google Drive, where the customer can download them. It will be there for at least a week before being deleted. If somehow you didn't download it in a week or the file has been lost or corrupted, I do keep a copy for myself and will send another copy if asked.Digital artwork will only be sent as an HD image file or PSD (if you commissioned A Gacha V-Tube/PSD), not a print, unless stated otherwise.

Commerciale Use/RightsIf you're looking to use my artwork for promotional or financial purposes, you need to tell me when requesting a commission.Commercial use is when you promote or sell things to a group of people.If you are looking to use my art for only promotional purposes, you are obligated to credit me whenever you use it (anything like a description, an about page, or anywhere people will see it).If you are looking to sell my art as merchandise, you are not only obligated to credit me; a one-time fee of +200% of the total price for merchandise artwork. Promotional illustrations, stream assets, cover art, or any usage that could earn revenue is to be counted as commercial.The difference between commercial and personal use is that for commercial use, many people besides you and a close few people will see the art work, whereas for personal use, only you and a few people plan to see, something like a profile picture for your Discord account.

PaymentI accept mainly Cash App but also Gift cards like Amazon and Robux as payment for current commissions. Though not all commissions have the privilege of being paid through gift cards.If you commission me, I will contact you for information and what you want to commission. I'll take half of the payment up front or take payment after I finish the commission, whichever your comfortable with. I will send you a payment request, and I will finish your commission.For Cash App, it'll be charged as "goods & services" and not as "family & friends".If you choose to change the size, number of characters, etc, after payment, there may be an adjustment in price to fit the value of your commission. You'll be required to pay the difference in order to receive your commission.

Refunds and DeclinesI hold the rights to decline drawing something if I'm not comfortable drawing it. If such a thing occurs after you've already paid, I can provide a partial/full refund depending on how much I finished.If you happen to send the wrong amount of money, I will refund it and pause the commission process until the correct amount is received. I normally send payment requests to stop this from happening. These are normally the only occurrence that I provide refunds for.Changes will be allowed during the sketch phase and some small changes are allowed during the artwork process but if you want continues changes to the artwork it may incur a fee. Same goes with if you want a major change after finalization is done.Once I start drawing the commission, you thereby agree to these terms.
